Adelaide Fringe Festival, February-March 2012
Hire intelligence supplied the two-way communications rental equipment for the annual open access South Australian arts festival The Adelaide Fringe Festival 2012. The Adelaide Fringe runs over 24 days and nights in Adelaide during February and March, with 900 events staged in pop up venues across the city. Hire Intelligence serviced all communications from Adelaide City to Port Augusta and provided a dedicated two-way radio specialist to work with the production team and ensure the radio communication was successfully integrated into the festival.
Due to the flexible needs of the event, Hire Intelligence provided constant full technical support throughout the festival, which contributed to the flawless running and overall success of the event.
Sydney Royal Easter Show, 5-18 April 2012
Hire Intelligence was contracted to supply and install a vast and varied amount of equipment for the Royal Easter Show in April this year. The Royal Easter Show is the sixth largest of its kind in the world and we provided requisite gear to create a temporary high density wireless network across the entire festival site for the ticketing operator. The wireless network install alone took two skilled Hire Intelligence technicians two full days to complete.
The organiser also rented iPad internet kiosks for the VIP Members Area at the show and hired an unbranded internet café, complete with WiFi.
