A selection of Monitors are available to rent for one or two days during Emergence 2024. Please use the form below to specify your requirements.
All monitors are supplied with an HDMI and Power cable and will be labelled to your attention and available for you to collect from the venue prior to the event. Installation is available by selecting the option in the form below. A range of adapters are also available to rent for those requiring Displayport (DP), Mini Displayport (mDP) or USB-C/Thunderbolt3 connections to external displays.
Pricing includes delivery to and collection from the venue and the rental of Monitors for one or two days. Adapter rental costs are a flat rate for the event. You will be expected to retain any packaging and re-pack the equipment and return to the collection point after the event with the exception of those who have selected the installation service.
After completion of the below form and submission, a Hire Intelligence sales representative will be in touch to finalise the order, including specifying a payment method.
