I hired a laptop to take overseas for 2 weeks (business and holiday) while mine was being repaired. Everything just worked! staff were very helpful and accommodating. I had to extend by a day and change the return process and nothing was a problem.
Adam gave amazing customer service, the ordering process was easy, and the whole experience made what was a frustrating moment (having my work computer die) a better one.
Amazing service, the Canberra office was still closed due to COVID19 restrictions but the Sydney office bent over backwards to get me the equipment I needed here in Canberra, and gave excellent service throughout including organising the return shipping. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed to hire AV equipment again.
