The 40PPM Multifunction A3 Photocopier (Black) offers printing, copying, scanning and fax functionality at up to 41 pages per minute along with a variety of other finishing and paper handling options.
While only able to print copy or fax in monochrome, the 40PPM Multifunction A3 Photocopier (Black) offers full colour scanning from it’s combination flatbed and 100 sheet duplex document feeder which is able to scan or copy both side’s of a page up to A3 in size on a single pass. Scan destinations are plentiful with scan to network, scan to PC, scan to internet fax and scan to USB media functions all available and controllable via the integrated full colour touch screen.
Paper handling features are also impressive on the 40PPM Multifunction A3 Photocopier (Black), with an integrated staple and hole punch finisher as well as a high page input capacity supporting over 2000 standard weight pages via the five onboard paper input trays. These trays can all handle paper up to A3 in size and the four 500 sheet input trays are configurable to feed paper up to A4 size in either landscape or portrait orientations enabling sorting and collating functions if sequencial jobs are printed from alternate landscape and portrait sources.
The integrated finisher and alternate paper source collation mentioned above go a long way towards allowing the reliability the 40PPM Multifunction A3 Photocopier (Black) offers. The majority of paper jams associated with photocopiers have traditionally been associated with the interface between the main copy unit and external finishers. Any problems with alignment of these parts led to jams. By eliminating the external components, Sharp eliminated the interface and alignment issues and in turn eliminated the majority of paper jams related to the hardware. Using high quality copy paper in this, and any of the other Sharp copiers available to rent from Hire Intelligence with internal finishers, should result in faultless operation.
