Able to measure up to 5Giga-samples/second with a sensitivity of 2mV to 100V/Division and a timebase of 2 nanoseconds to 4 seconds per division.
For safety, the four inputs are independantly isolated for up to 1000V Cat III and 600V CatIV between inputs, references and ground and provide connectivity via standard BNC connections. Four colour coded, variable attenuation probes are also provided with the Fluke Scopemeter II 190-204 Oscilloscope.
